About IMS Law College

IMS Law College is the first college in Noida to start B.A. LL. B 5 Years integrated course followed by LL.B. 3 year course and B.Com.,LL.B 5 Years integrated course . The Big Brands Research Academy conferred upon the institute the Best Law College in Delhi-NCR. The College is approved by Bar Council of India; recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Objective

Legal language is considered one of the essential skills for a legal professional. It’s sine qua non for every prospective lawyer and judge. The core objective of this quiz is to help the participants measure their knowledge of legalese and work upon it to bring it up to the requisite level and more to excel in the field. It is an endeavour to build the base of upcoming lawyers and judges.

About the competition

Enthused by the success of 1st Online National Quiz Competition on Constitution Law , IMS Law College is now organizing 2nd Online National Quiz Competition on Legal Language to be held on July 8, 2020.

Eligibility

Any Legal Professionals, Judges, and Students pursuing 5-year law courses; 3-year law and LLM courses can participate in the competition as an individual.

(Please note that this competition is not a team-based competition and thus each student shall register and participate individually.)

Competition details

• Based on Legal Terminology, Latin Phrases, Latin Maxims and Foreign Words.
• Date/ Time of Competition- July 8, 2020, 12:00 PM
• Mode of Competition- Online
• System Requirements- Laptops/Desktop/ Smartphones with latest browsers and Internet Connectivity

Prize and certificate

Winners shall get the cash prize through electronic mode (Gpay/ Paytm) and certificate
All participates shall be given certificates of participation.
1st Prize-1000/- cash prize with certificate of excellence

Registration Details

Registration would be done through online registration form.
Registration fees- 250/- per participant
Payment mode online.
