Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

For 3-Year LL.B.

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Minimum 45% marks (General), 42% (OBC), 40% (SC/ST).
  • Candidates with pending final-year results are eligible to apply.

For 5-Year B.A. / B.Com. LL.B.

  • 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board.
  • Minimum 45% marks (General), 42% (OBC), 40% (SC/ST).
  • Candidates with pending 12th-grade results are eligible to apply.

There is no upper age limit for any program.

Step 2: Choose Your Application Method

Online Application (Recommended)

  • Fast, secure, and eco-friendly process.
  • Instant confirmation and tracking.
  • Secure payment via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Offline Application

  • Download the form and submit in person at the campus.
  • Payment via Demand Draft or Cash at the accounts office.

Application Fee: ₹1,000 (Online) | ₹1,050 (Offline). This fee is non-refundable

Step 3: Prepare Your Documents

Have these documents ready (scanned copies for online, originals for offline verification)

Mandatory Documents Checklist

  • 10th & 12th Class Mark Sheet and Certificate.
  • Graduation Documents (for LL.B. applicants only).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC).
  • Character Certificate.
  • Category Certificate (if applicable for SC/ST/OBC).
  • Income Certificate (if applying for scholarships).
  • Passport-size Photographs (4 copies, white background).
  • Identity Proof (Aadhar Card / Passport).

Format for scans: PDF or JPG, max 2MB per file.

Technical Questions:

What if I face technical issues during online application?

 If you encounter any technical problems while applying, you can contact the Admissions Helpdesk or the IT Support Team at info@imsnoida.com or ithelpdesk@imsnoida.com.
They’ll guide you through resolving the issue or help you complete the process manually if required.

 Yes. The online application portal allows you to save your progress and continue later. Just make sure you use your registered login credentials to resume.

 Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your application number. You can also check the application status by logging into your applicant dashboard.

Document Questions:

What if I don’t have all the documents ready while applying?

 You can start your application and upload the remaining documents later, as long as it’s before the deadline. Incomplete applications, however, may not be processed until all required documents are submitted.

Yes. Only scanned copies of documents are required during the online application. Originals will be verified at the time of admission.

 Each document should be within 2 MB and in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Files exceeding the limit may not upload successfully.

Program Selection:

Can I apply for multiple programs simultaneously?

Yes. You can apply for more than one law program, but each requires a separate form and application fee.

 You can request a program change before the admission process closes. Contact the admissions office with your application ID to modify your selection.

 It depends on your academic interests and career goals:

  • LL.B. (3 Years): For graduates wanting to specialize in law after a bachelor’s degree.

  • B.A. LL.B. (5 Years): Combines law with humanities — best for those interested in civil services or social justice.

  • B.Com. LL.B. (5 Years): Combines law with commerce — ideal for corporate and business law careers.

Payment Questions:

Is the application fee refundable if I don’t get selected?

 No. The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the admission outcome.

You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking through the secure online payment gateway provided in the application form.

 No. The application fee must be paid in full at the time of submission.
