Program Selection

How do I choose between LL.B., B.A. LL.B., and B.Com. LL.B.?

Your choice depends on your academic background and career goals:

  • LL.B. – A 3-year program for graduates who want to study law after completing a bachelor’s degree.

  • B.A. LL.B. – Best for students interested in the social, political, and constitutional side of law.

  • B.Com. LL.B. – Ideal for those aiming for corporate, taxation, or business law

Yes, transfers are possible, subject to university rules and availability of seats. You’ll need to provide transcripts and a no-objection certificate from your previous institution.

  • LL.B. – Postgraduate professional course (3 years) for graduates from any stream.

  • B.A. LL.B. – Integrates humanities and law over 5 years.

  • B.Com. LL.B. – Combines commerce and law over 5 years.
All three lead to a law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India, but the academic focus varies based on the subjects integrated with law.
